  don't be misled by the name, looking at the erosion any relation to the incas as such would be unlikely

Very interesting...from certain angles the bedrock does not seem to be a real bedrock, but a polygonal stone work? Only the simple stone walls could be connected to the incas, the rest seems to be much older judging by the erosion.
