Rujim el-Hiri, Israel, West Asia

The structure consists of multiple stone circles with spokes radiating inside and central tumulus in the middle. It is made from 40 000t of basalt rocks. Outer circle is 150m in diameter 2,5m high, and 3,2m wide containing four smaller circles, each getting thinner, some of them are complete, others incomplete. The central tumulus is 20m in diameter and 4,5m high containing a chamber with two entrances. The area around the circles is surrounded by stone walls that stretches for many kilometers and meander across the landscape. They have no apparent practical use.
